License

Dylan Van Es grants the client a limited license for using this product within their NationBuilder account. It is permitted to be used within one nation only. This license is revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable.

Support

For one year after purchase, Dylan Van Es will offer technical support and assistance to the Client through online documentation and bug investigation. Dylan Van Es reserves the right to determine if reported issues are related to their code and eligible for support, or to decline support requests for problems resulting from theme file modifications.

Additional modifications can be made for an agreed cost, however Dylan Van Es reserves the right to accept or decline the request.

Liability

The web theme is provided on an 'as is' basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Dylan Van Es cannot be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of this theme or the inability to use this theme. The user assumes all risk and responsibility for any issues that may arise from the use of this theme.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not offered.
